Can chronic migraines cause memory loss?
If you’ve ever had a headache, you probably know they impair your ability to think clearly. Migraines make that ten times worse. As someone who has had a migraine for over two years (not exaggerating), I knew my memory wasn’t what it used to be. However, I had no idea how bad it really was.
I’m blogging over on Candidly Christian about an experience that highlighted the depth of my memory loss. But not just that, I’m sharing three things I know I will never forget. Sometimes when you get a blow like I did, it’s good to put yourself back on solid ground. And that’s just what these three things did for me.
P.S. The quick, easy, and correct answer to the opening answer is yes; chronic migraines can cause memory loss. Any migraine can. Migraine memory loss is a thing. Not only do migraines cause memory loss, but they also cause brain fog and other side effects that can impair your ability to think and your normal everyday life.
If you suffer from migraines, chronic or otherwise, I encourage you to head over to Candidly Christian and read my post for a bit of encouragement today. Because it may feel like you’re losing your mind, but you are not in this alone.
