I wasn’t too Christian for my non-Christian neighbors, but apparently I was “too Christian” for the Christians.

I sat there reading the email, and I’ll be honest, the rejection hurt.
She hadn’t used the words “too Christian” though. She said her followers weren’t “super Christians” and wouldn’t be able to relate to my struggle . . .
What kind of pious struggle made me “too Christian”?
