I’m blogging over on Candidly Christian today about our temptation to sin. About our temptation to justify it. I mean… sometimes our struggles aren’t really wrong, right?
The Bible never said drinking soda was a sin. Yet, my doctor (and my husband) both told me I needed to give up caffeine.
Jesus never specifically said we couldn’t stop at Chick-Fil-A for a cookie. But Barbara had promised herself, and God, that she would cut back on sweets.
So what do we do when the line isn’t clearly drawn? When we know what is expected of us, but wonder if defying those expectations really a sin? Is that even really a temptation to sin?
That’s what I’m digging into over on Candidly Christian. I hope you’ll join me for my post. As well as for our weekly Grace & Truth link up. And you can check out Barbara’s post while you’re there, too.

Grace & Truth exists to point people to Jesus. We hope this link-up is a source of encouragement every week. If you’re a blogger, we hope you’ll meet new friends within the Christian blogging community. And if you’re a reader, we hope you’ll encounter new bloggers that love Jesus as much as you do. Most of all, we hope you’ll meet Jesus.
